Preparing for your Session

An integral part of preparing for your session involves setting a clear intention. The most effective way to ready yourself is to establish, right from the moment you decide to schedule an appointment, a commitment to engage in clear and direct communication with the aspect of yourself capable of providing healing and information—referred to here as your Higher Self or Subconscious Mind.

Bring in a list of questions, typically 5-10 give or take in order of importance, that you would like answered or clarified. If you encounter difficulty generating questions, we can collaborate to develop some during the interview. However, I strongly encourage my clients to prepare at least a few questions to bring in.

To optimize the session experience, kindly refrain from consuming alcohol before the session. If recreational drugs are used, please do so in moderation. Additionally, limit caffeine intake to a minimal amount, ideally one cup or less, prior to the session.

Consider engaging in meditation before your session to help set the stage for a successful experience.
If meditation is not a regular practice for you, that is acceptable; however, simply setting the intention is crucial.

Following your Session

You will receive the audio recording of your session sent to your email. To maximize the benefits of your session, it is recommended that you consistently listen to the recording in the days and weeks that follow. This practice helps solidify the guidance from your Subconscious Mind/Higher Self and contributes to the ongoing progress of your healing journey. I feel honored to be such an important part of this step in your journey of self-discovery and would love to hear your feedback or learn about the ways in which this experience has affected you.
